I'm Radhika, a product designer based in New York.
I design at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and human behavior, helping teams turn ambiguity into clear, thoughtful decisions.
My path started with graphic design, then a Master's in Design Management from Pratt Institute, which taught me to think beyond interfaces and connect user needs, product decisions, and business goals.
Across startups, fintech, AI, and enterprise software, I've led discovery, shaped product direction, built design systems, and worked closely with founders and engineers to bring ideas from concept to launch. Currently, I'm the founding designer at an AI startup, helping define both the product and the design foundation it grows on.

Trust is designed
Most design briefs describe a symptom, not the problem. I've learned to slow down long enough to figure out what's actually going on then move fast once I know what I'm solving for.
Design is business translation
I care about the user who finally exhales because something just worked. I care about the business that grows because their product earned trust. Getting both right at the same time that's the job.
