Who I am
I'm Radhika, a product designer based in New York.
My path started with graphic design, then a Master's in Design Management from Pratt Institute, which taught me to think beyond interfaces and connect user needs, product decisions, and business goals.
Across startups, fintech, AI, and enterprise software, I've led discovery, shaped product direction, built design systems, and worked closely with founders and engineers to bring ideas from concept to launch. Today I design an AI platform for finance teams, where I also built the research practice and design system from scratch. If interested, please reach out.
